I have been lucky to be in the catering and special event industry for past 30 years and it has always been a labor of love!  During this exciting journey I've learned so much about what it takes to create sublime events and I am more than happy to share my experience and knowledge with my customers.

When I opened Chris Casey and Company, I wanted to provide my customers with the benefit of my knowledge and expertise in off-premise events by providing a more individualized approach to catering. Some call this style "boutique" some call it "custom catering", and I have also heard it called "couture"….However, the main goal in my mind regardless of the tag, is to provide high-quality fresh and seasonal food, curated with great service, beautiful presentations and help to bring all the ancillary elements that make a off premise event successful and memorable.
